Rent meeting rooms at LYNfabrikken.

LYNfabrikken has 4 different meeting rooms for rent. The smallest has room for 2-12 people, while the largest can hold up to 100 people. The rooms have very different expressions – not only because of their size, but also in terms of decor.

LYNfabrikken's meeting rooms in Aarhus are used for everything from parties, weddings and receptions to meetings, workshops, photo shoots etc. We also have our atmospheric ’private dining’ room in the basement with the option of your own chef.

When you rent a meeting room, we take care of all the practicalities. The rooms have a projector, internet, whiteboards with paper and markers etc., as well as speakers and power at the tables. When you rent rooms at LYNfabrikken, we also offer catering packages with the option of breakfast, a lunch spread and afternoon cake or fruit. Coffee and tea, iced water ad libitum all day. Full catering costs DKK 298 excl. VAT per person.

Cancellation terms for meeting room bookings:

We are pleased that you have chosen our meeting room for your events. To ensure a fair and efficient booking process, we have established the following cancellation terms: Cancellation deadline: Any cancellation must be made at least 21 days before the scheduled meeting. Cancellation fee: For cancellations within the specified deadline, no fees will be incurred. However, for cancellations made after the deadline, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount. Booking changes: If you need to change the meeting date or time, please inform us as early as possible. We will strive to accommodate change requests, provided they are within our availability.
