About LYNfabrikken

LYNfabrikken was founded in 2002. The name means ”Lightning Factory”, and the old factory building tucked away in a charming backyard in the middle of Aarhus is the perfect home.

At the very top are the rooftop terrace and the café – a haven for informal conversations, business meetings and those who need a change of scenery and an exceptionally good cup of coffee.

Further down the stairs are a number of small companies that rent a desk in one of Denmark's first shared offices. Here they share experiences, ideas and breaks with each other.

We want to share LYNfabrikken's special energy with more people than can fit in the café and the shared office. That is why we have turned parts of the house into inspiring rooms – for the important meeting, the innovative workshop, the big event or something else entirely.
