About our meeting rooms.
LYNfabrikken has 4 rental meeting rooms in varies sizes. The smallest one has room for 2-12 people as the largest room can host up to 100 people. The style of the rooms are very different - not only because of size but also in terms of decoration and impression.
LYNfabrikken’s rooms are used for a lot of different events such as meetings, receptions, workshops, photoshoots etc. On top of that we have our cosy private dining room (LYNlab) in an old wine-cellar with the possibility to be spoiled by your own chef.
When you rent a room at LYNfabrikken, we got you covered in regards to projector, internet, whiteboards, paper etc. Furthermore, we offer catering with breakfast, lunch and afternoon cake or fruit as well as coffee, tea and water all day. The full catering package is 298 dkr plus tax per person.

Cancellation Terms for Meeting Room Booking:
We are pleased that you have chosen our meeting room for your events. To ensure a fair and efficient booking process, we have established the following cancellation terms: Cancellation Deadline: Any cancellation must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled meeting. Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made within the specified deadline, no fees will be incurred. However, for cancellations made after the deadline, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the full booking amount. Booking Change: If you need to change the meeting date or time, please inform us as early as possible. We will strive to accommodate change requests, provided they are within our availability framework. We hope for your understanding and cooperation to ensure a seamless experience for all our clients.
